1.1. The Platform Organizer or the Organizer is SIDCON International Consulting Company OÜ, registered at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Vesivärava tn 50-201, 10152.

1.2. Platform - digital online platform, which is organized by the Organizer. Full name: "Corporate Security Platform".

1.3. Participant - a legal entity or an individual that organizes its educational courses, programs, events, products and services in the exhibition section on the Platform in digital format in accordance with the selected participation package.

1.4. Listener/Visitor - a legal or an individual who has purchased the right of access to visit the platform digitally.

1.5. Digital platform format or Digital Platform - educational courses and events (educational, promotional, exhibition, etc.), exhibition of products and services in online format using modern digital communication tools on the Internet.

1.6. Short Title: «CS Platform».

1.7. Website - the Organizer's information resource located on the Internet at https://securityplatform.online/.

2.1. The organizer provides services to Participants to organize participation and creation of their own educational programs and events, participation in the exhibition section in the format of the Platform "Corporate Security Platform", as well as provides additional services agreed by the Parties, and the Participant agrees to pay for these services.

2.2. The platform will be conducted in digital format.

3.1. Participant self-registers on the Platform, at the address on the Internet.

3.2. After opening the website of the platform, the Participant clicks the registration button and, following the prompts in the window that opens:

• chooses the necessary services;
• reads this Agreement and confirms his consent to the terms and conditions of the Agreement;
• Gives consent to the processing of personal data and authorizes its use on the Platform;
• according to the invoice, pays the cost indicated in the price packages to the Organizer.

3.3. The Organizer verifies the transfer of funds to the Participant and confirms his participation in the platform, and sends the Participant a form to fill out (in a format determined by the Organizer) about the Participant and his products to be posted by the Organizer on the platform website.

3.4. If the Participant refuses to further participate in the activities and courses of the platform, the Organizer deactivates his account within 2 (two) working days from receipt of notice of the Participant's refusal.

3.5. If necessary, the Participant may sign the Contract with the Organizer by means of a digital signature and exchange such Agreement by e-mail to: cdm.support@sidcon.expert.

3.6. If necessary, the Participant may receive free consultation regarding participation in certain events and courses, exhibition section of the platform.

3.7. The organizer may support the organization of events and educational courses as an additional paid service.

Participant's rights:

4.1 Use the capabilities of the platform for systematic and effective training and/or promotion of their products (goods and/or services).

4.2 Receive free advice from the organizer on participation in certain events and courses, exhibition section of the platform.

4.3 Participate in accompanying online and offline platform events, present their technologies, solutions and products, according to the selected participation package.

4.4 Participate in platform events as an expert, speaker, or listener.

4.5 At any time to refuse further participation in the events and courses by notifying the Organizer. The paid participation fee is not refundable.



Participant's responsibilities:


4.6 Provide the Organizer with relevant information (in the format determined by the Organizer) about the Participant and its products for placement by the Organizer on the platform website.

4.7 Register for online and offline events of the Platform in a timely manner.

4.8 Actively communicate with listeners/visitors and participate in discussions and comments.

4.9 Identify staff responsible for communicating with Listeners/Visitors and ensure a prompt response to any questions/suggestions from Listeners/Visitors.

4.10 Pay for additional services ordered from the Organizer in a timely manner.

Organizer's rights:


5.1 The Organizer has the right to refuse to perform its obligations under this Contract by giving at least seven (7) calendar days' prior notice to the Participant.

5.2 Suspend the Participant's participation in case the Participant violates the terms of this Agreement until the Participant fully remedies the identified violations.

5.3 Require the Participant to comply with the terms and conditions of work on the Platform outlined in this Agreement.

5.4 Receive payment in full for services rendered to the Participant.


Organizer's responsibilities:


5.5 Within 24 (twenty-four) hours after the confirmation of the terms of the Agreement and payment by the Participant, confirm the Participant's participation on the Corporate Security Platform, and within 48 (forty-eight) hours after receipt of information from the Participant under clause 4.6. of the Agreement, post this information of the Participant on the platform website. In case the information does not correspond to the format defined by the Organizer, the Participant undertakes to bring this information into the format defined by the Organizer, and re-send it to the Organizer for placement on the platform website within the next 48 hours. The countdown of the beginning of participation in the platform starts after the Organizer has posted information about the Participant and its products/services on the website "Corporate Security Platform".

5.6 Provide the Participant information advice on participation in events, educational courses and exhibition section of the platform.

5.7 If the Participant orders additional services, provide them in the agreed terms and of proper quality.

5.8 Provide technical support to the Participant regarding registration, use, participation in events and educational courses, exhibition section of the platform, access to materials published on the platform.

6.1. The cost of participation for the Participant is defined in the price list. The Participant chooses the appropriate participation package when registering.

6.2. The Participant shall pay the cost of participation in events and educational courses of the platform in accordance with the invoice received from the Organizer in one-off, in one payment and in full

7.1. The Contract comes into force from the moment of the Participant's payment for participation in events and educational courses of the Platform, and shall remain in force until the Parties have fully performed their obligations under the Contract.

8.1. In the case of disputes and disagreements between the Parties under the Agreement, the Parties shall resolve them by negotiation.

8.2. If no agreement is reached as a result of negotiations, the Parties shall refer the dispute to the court at the defendant's registered office.

9.1. The Parties undertake to keep secret all information relating to information that constitutes a trade secret obtained in the course of implementation of this Agreement, including: technical, organizational and commercial information.

10.1. The Agreement is executed in two copies of equal legal force, one copy for each Party.

10.2. Party may not transfer its rights and obligations under the Agreement to third parties without the prior written consent of the other Party.
